You will work closely with the Workshop Manager to implement and improve our service processes, using tools like ServiceMaster and QuickBooks to streamline operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring all services are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Implement and improve service processes using tools like ServiceMaster and QuickBooks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to plan and execute maintenance schedules and service campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels and order parts and materials as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive service industry.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using ServiceMaster and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local automotive regulations and standards.
