As a Farm Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of farmers, implementing best practices in fish farming, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with our team to monitor water quality, feed management, and disease prevention, all while contributing to the overall success of our aquaculture operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily farm operations, including feeding schedules, water quality monitoring, and disease management.
• Lead and mentor a team of farmers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain sustainable aquaculture practices, focusing on water conservation and waste management.
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, including growth rates, feed conversion ratios, and disease incidence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular inspections of farm facilities to identify and address issues promptly.
• Train and develop new team members to enhance the overall skills and knowledge of the farming team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquaculture operations, with a focus on fish farming.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of farmers.
• Strong knowledge of aquaculture best practices, including water quality management, feed management, and disease prevention.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and farm management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different farm locations.
