📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on servers, networking equipment, and storage systems
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
- Ensure the availability and reliability of data center infrastructure
- Work with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Implement best practices for data center operations and security
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
- Document all maintenance activities and system configurations
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related role
- Familiarity with data center operations and best practices
- Knowledge of server and storage technologies, including VMware vSphere and HPE iLO
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios or Zabbix
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
