📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the marketplace platform, ensuring high performance and uptime.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement new features, and enhance user experience.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, terms, and conditions.
• Provide excellent customer support to vendors and customers, addressing their concerns and queries.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of service.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to improve marketplace operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management tools such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency.
