In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, from production planning and scheduling to inventory management and logistics coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between manufacturing, logistics, and customer service, ultimately driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and market requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Lead the logistics team in coordinating the transportation and distribution of finished goods to customers.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing and logistics operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
