📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Promote products and services to increase brand awareness and sales.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the luxury or fashion retail industry is a plus.
