📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive SHE programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide leadership and guidance to the SHE team, fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.,Train and educate employees on SHE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and report on SHE performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SHE considerations into all aspects of operations.,Ensure the effective management of environmental impact assessments and permits.,Promote sustainability initiatives and practices within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in SHE management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing SHE programs.,Certifications in SHE management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, are highly desirable.,Strong understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
