📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Lebak market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
