📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.

Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.

Manage the accounting team and ensure high performance.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.

Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
