📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and mixing drinks according to customer requests.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good condition.,Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies, including alcohol, mixers, and garnishes.,Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.,Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales and expenses.,Participate in inventory counts and restocking as needed.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of alcohol.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus.,Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation is preferred.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.,Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid ID.
