📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize operational expenses.
• Leverage data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel to track and report financial metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure cost-effective practices and compliance with budgetary targets.
• Conduct regular cost audits and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to staff on cost control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost accounting principles.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Certification in Cost Management or Financial Analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
