Sehati Citra Restaurant is looking for a Deputy HR Generalist to join our team in Palu. This role is crucial in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on workplace issues.,Support the HR team in performance management and employee engagement activities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management and employee engagement strategies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
