📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and meet targets.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute marketing and promotional plans.
• Train and develop new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.
