CV Mitra Jaya is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining all necessary documentation and records. This role is crucial in supporting the company's operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for use.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient use of company resources.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all relevant regulations.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure safe and efficient operation of vehicles.,Handle any vehicle-related disputes or issues that may arise.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
