🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the recycling or waste management industry.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations and driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
