📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and monitor healthcare policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Ensure the hospital meets all regulatory requirements and maintains a safe and secure environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital management or a similar role.
• Certification in Healthcare Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using hospital management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
