📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Oversee training and development programs,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
