Sky Store Sentosa is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a growing retail company based in Probolinggo, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about people and has a strong understanding of HR processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
