📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling and performance.,Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and inventory levels.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of branch-specific initiatives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong understanding of coffee and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements.
