📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational activities.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Provide support in the recruitment and training of operational staff.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong understanding of operational principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other operational software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
