📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.,Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and consult with patients and healthcare professionals.,Manage a team of pharmacists and support staff.,Ensure accurate inventory management and timely restocking of medications.,Conduct quality control checks on medications and pharmaceutical products.,Develop and implement training programs for staff.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using pharmacy management software.,Familiarity with healthcare information systems is a plus.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
