Sentral Citra Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier Accounting to join our team. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing our cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and security.,Process customer transactions quickly and accurately, providing excellent customer service.,Maintain and update financial records and reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure proper reconciliation of cash balances.,Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in cash transactions.,Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a cashier or accounting role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Good understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data analysis.,Experience in training and supervising staff is a plus.
