📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor a team of pharmacist assistants, providing guidance and support for their professional development.,Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and other departments to ensure seamless medication management.,Conduct quality checks on medications and pharmacy processes to maintain high standards of care.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing accurate information and solutions.,Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical knowledge and industry trends to enhance service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Certification as a Pharmacist Assistant or equivalent qualification.,Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and tools.,Familiarity with local and international pharmacy standards and guidelines.
