Shine Global Indonesia is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. If you have a strong background in learning and development, and a passion for helping others grow, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of employees and the organization.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Evaluate and report on the impact of training programs on employee performance and organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
