As a NAND Cell Reliability Intern, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to develop and test new NAND flash memory technologies. You will use state-of-the-art tools and software, such as Keysight B1500A, Agilent 4156C, and Cadence Virtuoso, to analyze and improve the reliability of NAND cells. This role is perfect for someone passionate about memory technology and eager to make a tangible impact on the future of data storage.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform reliability testing on NAND flash memory cells using advanced equipment such as Keysight B1500A and Agilent 4156C.
• Analyze test data to identify and resolve reliability issues in NAND cells.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and implement reliability improvement strategies.
• Use Cadence Virtuoso to simulate and model NAND cell behavior under various conditions.
• Document test procedures, results, and recommendations in detailed reports.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of reliability processes.
• Assist in the development of new test methodologies and tools for NAND cell reliability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of new memory technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and NAND flash memory technology.
• Familiarity with reliability testing methodologies and tools such as Keysight B1500A and Agilent 4156C.
• Experience with Cadence Virtuoso or similar simulation software is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
