Salon Yoga Geprek is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and staffing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.,Support the salon manager in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the beauty or retail industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with customer service and sales is a plus.
