Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Inspect and test equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.
• Replace worn or damaged parts with new or refurbished parts.
• Clean and organize work areas, following safety and sanitation protocols.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or repair work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of hotel maintenance equipment and systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and tools, such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
