📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications and requirements of the position.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and applicant information.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee onboarding programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment software.
