📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all accounts payable activities, including invoices, payments, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments.
  • Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff in accounts payable.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant financial regulations.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
