PT Inti Inovasi is looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Support the company's strategic planning by providing HR insights and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HRIS and payroll software is a plus.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
