📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and expectations.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the local job market.,Collaborate with other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals and objectives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of recruitment initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong track record of successful hires.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruitment consultants.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
