📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and maintain key retail accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients.,Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
