The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing site engineering projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, design, and oversee the construction of new infrastructure projects.,Ensure that all construction activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and quality.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure that all materials and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
