📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the construction site.,Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers, fostering a safe and productive work environment.,Prepare and submit progress reports, site inspections, and other documentation as required.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural and structural construction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision for architectural or structural construction projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in Bali or similar tropical environments.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and building codes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive and operate construction equipment.
