PT Poly Education Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our English language programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in conducting English language classes.,Prepare and organize teaching materials.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Conduct individual and group activities to enhance learning.,Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.,Assist in grading and providing feedback on student work.,Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.,Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in English language.,Strong knowledge of English language and teaching methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching assistant certification or equivalent experience.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other educational software.
