📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and follows company style guidelines.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Provide training and support to internal teams on technical writing best practices.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with API documentation and user manuals.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
