📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct quality assurance checks on customer data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Analyze customer data using tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and quality assurance.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of quality standards and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer experience role.
Proficiency in using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with data analysis and quality management principles.
Certification in quality management or a related field is a plus.
