📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of our employees.
• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from employees and managers.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that employees can apply what they have learned.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to tailor training programs to the specific needs of each team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using training management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
