📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement development programs that address key social, economic, and environmental challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and international partners.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop project proposals that align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of development initiatives using relevant tools and methodologies.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building to local stakeholders to enhance their ability to implement development projects.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain budgets, timelines, and project plans.
• Participate in fundraising activities and grant applications to secure financial resources for development projects.
• Stay updated on global development trends and best practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge into project design and implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international development, project management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sustainable development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising activities is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project implementation.
