Mitra Saruta Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff to join our Manufacturing Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning and inventory control to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and a good understanding of manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in the Badung, Bali area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and production targets.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize costs.,Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and inventory data.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.,Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control roles.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control software and tools.,Good understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
