📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution using Zendesk
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
- Assist in training and mentoring new customer service representatives
- Monitor and improve customer service performance metrics
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Zendesk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare industry would be an advantage
- Must be able to work full-time in Bali, Indonesia
